Dance off the Inches: Latin Cardio Party new from Anchor Bay Entertainment

New from Anchor Bay Entertainment and Dance off the Inches: Latin Cardio Party featuring Emily Naim! Keep reading for our full review.
This 43 workout includes three different style segments. Emily leads this workout in an open studio w/ 2 background exercisers. You won’t need any equipment and there are music options. A 21 minute learn the moves “step guide” is included. You learn the moves in each segment and then string them together for a routine then move on to the next segment
Samba: Exercises include V step up & back, samba, knee swings and shimmies.
Cumbia: Exercises include sexy circle, slinky step, cumbia, & knee knocks.
Reggaeton: Exercises include stomp, chest pop, circle stomp, body rolls, and knee up w/ brush the shoulder. This is a Latin/ hip hop fusion workout.
I rate this workout low intermediate in terms of choreography & intensity. I didnt watch the step guide & surprisingly didnt have any problems following the choreo. This is a fun little routine that is great for lighter days or to mix things up. Emily’s cuing is spot on. I received this dvd to review.
