Moira leads this 33 min stretch & rejuvenate routine in a pilates studio with a background exerciser.You will only need a towel for this routine and it is done entirely on the floor. Perfect for a morning routine to prep your muscles for the day.

Stretches include: lying neck & shoulder stretches adding crunches, lying hamstring & low back stretches, bridges, knee circles, side stretches, single leg stretch, teaser, calf stretches, hip openers, and leg scissors.

This is a beginner routine that is great for anytime you need to stretch and relax. Great use of the towel and will leave you stretched out and provides some nice core stabilizing work. Moira is obviously a knowledgable instructor and is a great lead. I received this dvd to review.
