Tracie leads this 45 min workout in the mansion set with a group of exercisers. This is a nice blend of multi-muscle strength moves with a few cardio intervals. You will need dumbbells, a tall box, and an optional dowel. The dvd is fully chaptered.

After a warmup you move into side squats with bis, pushups, tall box climb, lat row, dip & kick, bi & upright row, squat –clean & press, pliet upright row, French press & tri kickbacks, plyo jumps & kicks, front & side raise, seated oblique work, dips & lunges, leg press, pec fly, rib cage pullover, table leg shoots, and concludes with a short stretch.  

I rate this a solid- high intermediate, but easy to modify up or down depending on your poundage. It is a very thorough workout, done at a perfect pace- no wasted time but not rushed. Tracie is an excellent instructor with great cuing and nice form pointers. I love the multi-muscle strength exercises that get the heart rate up. I received this dvd to review.
