Recipe: Oatmeal Cookie Protein Shake Featuring Silk Cashew Milk
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water or Silk Cashew Milk
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup whole raw oats
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ground cardamon, nutmeg, cloves, to taste
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 Tbs raisins
- 1 tsp flax seed
- 1 Tbs walnuts
- 1 serving vanilla protein power (or BSN Lean Dessert Cinnamon Roll )
- 5 ice cubes
Directions: blend all ingredients and enjoy
