Amanda works out alone in a gym set for this 18 min cardio & body weight strength workout. You will not need any equipment for this workout. There is no warm up or cool down.

The workout consists of 3 rounds 5, 10, & then 15 reps each, of 7 exercises. Exercises include: lunges, elbow to knee pulls, elevator planks, heisman drill, squats, bird dog elbow to knee pull, and hop scotch.

I rate this a solid intermediate workout. Amanda provides good cuing and instruction. The pace is good and keeps your heart rate up. I received this workout for review.
