21 Day Fix: 10 Minute HardcoreAutumn Calabrese, 2015
This is the 10 minute core routine that is included on both 21DayFX discs. Autumn works out in a gym set with a group of background exercisers, one providing some easier modifications. You will need dumbbells for this workout.
Each exercise is performed for one minute each and include: knee drops, weighted crunches, weighted V reaches, weighted side plank hip drops, supine flutter kicks, and plank reach throughs on each side.
This is an advanced nonstop core routine- you will definitely feel this one. As always Autumn provides great form pointers & excellent motivation. I received this DVD to review.
