Fe Fit 90 Day Fitness Experience: Fe Essentials Review

The Fe Fit weight loss program contains 8 DVDs featuring 28 workouts. The workouts, all 30 minutes or less are from seven different workout genres, keeping your muscles guessing & keeping your metabolism revved. This 13-week program is fun, convenient and provides a support group of other women. The meaning of the Fe in the program name comes from the periodic table of elements, FE is iron, which is strong! The set is broken down into weeks, so you can easily follow along with this fab & effective program. Stay tuned on my blog to read detailed reviews of all the workouts in this amazing set!
Fe Fit Essentials
Hilary Chung, 2015
The Fe Fit Essentials in on disc one and contains 7 workout excerpts at 12-14 minutes each. Hilary leads all of these routines in a cute barre studio with 3 backgrounders, one who shows some modifications. You will need light weights for some of the routines. Each of these routines contains a warm up but no cool down.
Upper Body Essentials: Exercises include bi curl & upright row ladder going from 10 up to 20 reps each, row variations, overhead push, arm bike, hammers, arm circle variations & weighted rm circles. Hilary adds jacks between the strength sets to keep your heart rate up.

Total Body Essentials: Exercises include pliet & angled bi curls, static bi hold & plie pulse, pliet & bear hug arms, pliet & side knee raise, double crunches, bicycle, long leg crunches, circle crunches, toe touches, donkey kick series and a side plank leg raises.

Lower Body Essentials: Exercises include static squats & heel raises, fast feet, side lying leg series, prong weighted ham raises, weighted donkey kicks, and knee side plank leg raise series.

Core Essentials: Exercises include the hundred, oblique crunches, side plank, bridge crunches adding a leg raise and crunch variations.

Barre Essentials: Hilary uses weights for the upper body exercises in this section. Exercises include chair pose, heel pedals, calf raises, booty drop & squeeze up, plie series adding heel raises, front L raise 7 shuffle, L chest squeeze, overhead push, L bi curls, upper body bike, and tri kick back w/ a tap back.

Cardio Circuit Essentials: Exercises include plyo jacks, squat hops, burpees, push-ups, Mt climbers, plank hold, crunches, lunges, knee pulls, cross knee pull, jump rope, bicycle, wide to narrow push-ups.

Stretch Flow Essentials: This is an athletic total body stretch routine. Stretches include standing stretches, kneeling stretches, and side crunches.

These routines are short, so doing one per day I would rate them as solid intermediate due to their short length. If you are combining for a longer workout I would rate them high intermediate. I really like Hilary as an instructor, she is encouraging without being over the top and provides great cuing, motivation, and form pointers. I am loving this set & cant wait to do the rest of the workouts. I received this DVD to review.
