GIVEAWAY: Milestone Pod Track Your Mileage, Cadence, Stride, Shoes, & MORE!

If you are looking for a fun and easy way to track your mileage -look no further than the Milestone Pod. It is super small and laces right into your shoes. It even tracks your total mileage on your runners, which is always fun to see just how far you have ran. Milestone Pod provides you with information such as your cadence, stride length, stance time, running duration and more. Research shows that 65 percent of runners are injured in an average year. This can be due to the fact that many runners don’t understand the factors that contribute to injury and how to reduce the probability of getting hurt. Milestone Pod can help! It easily connects via wifi to your smart phone. Keep reading & enter below to win one of your very own!

MilestonePod is a tiny, shoe worn device that provides runners and walkers with a unique combination of run metrics that can help enhance performance avoid injury. You can wirelessly sync the Pod to your smartphone to view detailed activity date on their mobile app, and get important insights on your personal running style and how to improve it. It also tracks the mileage on each pair of shoes and sends recommendations on when to replace them. VERY cool!

Wirelessly sync your pod with Bluetooth technology to view detailed work out data. The MilestonePod stores up to two weeks of data covering overall mileage, individual run mileage, pace, and cadence. You can upload daily, with each workout or wait and do it every few weeks!

The pod is small & easy to use: simply lace the pod through your shoe and begin your workout*. The pod collects data as soon as it senses movement. No buttons, no waiting, no hassle. Track your mileage for every run or walk – your pod goes with you everywhere. There is no need to disconnect from shoe! I like that it automatically tracks, the app I was using on my phone required button pushing, setting up, and a wait time. If you stop to tie your shoes, the Milestone Pod will pick right back up when you start, unlike other items I have tried in the past.

The pod displays current total mileage from your shoes. Never replace a shoe too soon and avoid falling prey to injuries from broken down shoes (e.g. stress fractures, tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, runner’s knee, shin splints, and others).

Features I LOVE:

  • The battery is built to last longer than the average pair of shoes
  • It automatically and continuously track the miles on that pair of shoes.
  • This tiny device has enough memory to store up to 20 hours of running or walking before you have to download the data to your computer.
  • Weighing only 15 grams, the pod is nearly nonexistent! The Milestone Pod is rain proof and sweat proof
  • Milestone Pod tracks your cadence, stance time and stride length into a proprietary measure which gives you insights on your performance – and how to improve it.
  • Smart Odometer - know the total mileage on your shoes

  1. I learned that an average pair of running shoes lasts 300-500 miles. I never keep track and love that this little pod lasts usually the life of your shoes! I wear different shoes so really hard to track. I think I need this!

  2. I used to buy several pair of running shoes years ago. Now that they are so expensive I try to make them last but don't want to hurt my knees running on an old pair. That happened one time with some unexplained knee pain. I got new shoes and the pain went away! Yep, I need this.
