Stu & Jeff both lead this 33 min bicep & tricep workout. The guys alternate performing exercises, and training in their brick studio with one background gal. You will need dumbbells for this workout. The workout structure is: 45 seconds work followed by 15 seconds rest.
After a warm-up, exercises include: alternating supenation curls, kickbacks, wide bi curls, overhead tri drops, close bi curls, skull crushers, kneeling hammer curls, tri dips using a chair, lower 1/2 curls, alt tri drops, upper 1/2 curls, side lying tri pushups, curl & press out, lying alternating tri press, wide & narrow bi hold, dips, slow narrow pushups, static bi hold with one arm while curling the other arm, tri press backs, and a cool-down & stretch.
I rate this an advanced routine, using heavy weights. Stu & Jeff emphasize that this is a slow pace workout, the reps are long and performed slowly. That is the point of the workout & will work your muscles in a new and different way. The slow pace allows for heavy weights, but you are really burning out the bis & tris in this one almost nonstop with some one minute breaks. I received this workout to review.
