I recently bought Cathe's newest series ICE. ICE stands for Intermediate Conditioning Extreme. The set includes seven DVDs in one sturdy plastic DVD case. The DVDs also contain five "Muscle Meltdown" workout, two ab workouts, and five "Blizzard Blast" workouts. The Muscle Meltdowns are short body part specific all strength routines. ICE Chiseled Upper Body

Cathe leads this 42 min upper body strength workout in her studio with 4 backgrounders. Some modifications options are offered. You will need dumbbells for this workout. It is fully chaptered, contains premixes, ICY Core 1, and ICY Core 2. You will perform 1-2 sets of 8 - 12 reps of each exercise.
After a warm-up, exercises include swinging military press, row, upright row, windmills, hammer variations, chest press to front press, lat raise, row with rotation, discuss throw, tri pushups adding single leg raise, table top leg raise & lat raise, pec fly with leg extensions, ribcage pullover & lower crunch, crawl out to elevator plank & crawl back, clean & drop to floor, knee puhsups, and a stretch..
Cathe uses lighter weights than her usual, going a little heavier than her, I rate this a solid intermediate routine. You can easily adjust your poundage to modify the workout up or down. This one has lots of fun combo moves and unique exercises to work your muscles differently and keep you interested. Cathe hits all of your upper body muscles. I did not receive this DVD to review.
