Christine leads this 21 min cardio workout alone in a spacious studio. You won't need any equipment for this routine. You will perform six rounds of 2 drills 30 sec each alternating for 2 minutes.
Christine does all exercises using an imaginary latter ladder- so you will work laterally over & back. After a warmup, exercises include ladder hops, ski jumps, out & in run, double hop & floor touches, crab walk, lateral plank walk & mt. climbers, heisman drill, shuffle floor touch, plank to pike hops, crouching plank twists, single leg jumps & 180 hops, tuck jumps, and finishes with V ups & bike before a stretch.
I rate this an advanced cardio routine that had me huffing & puffing. Very little down time and accomplishes a lot in only 20 minutes. Christine offers some modification options. She really does pack a lot in these 20 min routines without being rushed. I received this download to review.
