RIPPEDISM Delta: Shoulders & Cardio

Stu & Jeff both lead this 35 min routine, alternating performing exercises, and training. You will only need dumbbells for this workout. The routine is set up doing two 30 second shoulder moves followed by 60 seconds cardio and 30 seconds rest. The guys offers some modification options.

Exercises include: chair pose & military press, alternating military press, plyo squat & prisoner jacks, chair pose & front raise, weighted punches in horse stance, hi knee & mogul hops, upright row to military press, upright row, kettlebell swing hops, chair pose & underhand press out, double hammer punches, fast up & back hops, pike pushups, chair pose & rear delt fly, weighted jacks, weighted shrugs, weighted arm circles, and cross knee run. You then repeat this entire circuit and conclude a cooldown/ stretch.

This is an advanced routine that will really shred your shoulders & have you huffing & puffing. I really like the format, work hard but then get a rest. The guys are motivating & offer great form pointers. This is a tier 3 workout, faster paced than tier 2 using heavy weights! I received this workout to review.
