Pretty Fierce Weight Loss: Cardio Plyometric Hybrid

Lindsay leads this 29 min cardio workout with one background exerciser. You wont need any equipment for this workout. The workout includes a warm up, three 8 minute stacks and then Lindsay advises you do a cool down & stretch on your own, and you get a rest between stacks.

Exercises in stacks 1 & 2 include Heisman drill, highs, knee run, running up & back, jack & jab, cross jabs, ab crank, slalom tucks, switch kicks, 12 & 3 o'clock jabs, knee hop punch, hi low punches adding a hop, speed bag ab crank, football run, 90 degree squat hops, skater with a torso twist, Mt. climber, scare crow knee pulls, & plyo lunge pulses. Stack 3 is stack 1 exercises repeated at a faster pace.


I rate this a high intermediate to low advanced routine. By stack 3, it was feeling more advanced LOL. Great use of time, I burned a ton of calories & was dripping with sweat! Lindsay provides great form pointers throughout and the time really flies by. I like the structure and easy to follow athletic cardio. Lots of fun, unique exercises and also hits the core! I
