FitFusion: Lower Back Pain Relief
Dashama works out alone for this 14 min yoga routine targeting low back pain. You will not need any equipment for this routine. Dashama works out in a gorgeous tropical outdoor setting. She offers lots of modifications.
Dashama begins with explaining proper seated alignment. Exercises include forward bend, forward facing triangle, seated forward bend with one leg extended adding a chest opener & side bends, rock the baby hip stretch, butterfly forward fold, pigeon, bicycle to strengthen the core, happy baby and corpse pose.
This routine is suitable for all fitness levels- anyone with low back problems or just general stiffness will benefit from this routine. I LOVE this routine- it has really helped my lower back and I have been doing it nonstop. Dashama is a great, down to earth instructor that is obviously very knowledgeable. I look forward to doing more of her routines on FitFusion. I received access to this workout to review.
