This workout is available on DVD or digital download. The DVD contains two 30 minute routines and the download is one link containing a 61 minute routine. I reviewed the digital download. Jari works out with 4 backgrounders on a stage. You will need dumbbells and a step bench for this workout. The workout structure is you perform 2-3 exercises, combine them and repeat at different tempos for fairly long sets. This is a high rep lower weight routine that will really get your pumping.
Exercises include elevator plank & knee pushups; deadlifts & bi curls; pulse plies, lunges & cross bi curls; squats, side lunges & overhead tri press; squats & rows; step squats, dips, & hammer curls; tri pushups on the knees & table top leg extensions with tri kickbacks; basic step & shoulder press; squats off the box, knee ups, & lat raises; chest press & pec fly; crunch variations; and a stretch.
The complete 60 minute download is a low advanced workout. The pace is quick and you perform a LOT of reps of each exercise so the poundage is lighter. My heart rate was way up during this workout so I also got a great cardio benefit from it. There are stretches included in each segment. Jari allows a few of her backgrounders to lead some segments.
