Dashama
Dashama performs this 12 minute yoga & qi gong fusion workout alone on a gorgeous beach in the Maldives in front of the ocean. You wont need any equipment for this routine, besides an optional mat.
Poses include: breath work adding arm movements, goddess with breath work, crescent twists, warrior 2 with lotus mudra goddess, tea cup pass, mermaid to hip opener, & seated mudra lotus while saying a prayer.
This routine is appropriate for all fitness levels. I love workouts with beautiful scenery, particularly outdoors & beaches - so I really enjoyed this. Dashama has a great demeanor and I am enjoying her routines on FitFusion. She is very knowledgeable and provides great instruction. I received access to this workout for review.
