The Miranda Method

This is a 30 min strength & cardio workout. You wont need any equipment for this routine. You will alternate 30 second strength & cardio exercises with 60 seconds rest between rounds.
After a warmup, exercises include shuffle & plyo lunge, floor touch knee hops, pushup knee pulls, squat jacks, squat to dip, squat-walk to plank-cross knee pull, elevator plank toe taps, walk out to gorilla walk, elevator plank hops ins, and a stretch.
This is a high intermediate routine that will work your muscles and get your heart pumping. Lots of great plank work that really hits the core & shoulders. I really felt this in my core and my heart rate definitely got up there. I have become a huge fan of Miranda through her Forte workouts. I received access to this routine to review.
