If you are like me, you love new workouts! Herbalife is offering FREE streaming workouts to anyone! They can be accessed by all on the Herbalife Fitness Portal! Their newly launched site is geared to everyone- beginner, intermediate & advanced! These workouts are free to everyone-all fitness levels, no access code needed, just good, quick fitness workouts. Samantha does most of the workouts and she has a few other fitness professionals leading workouts in their specialties. Samantha is a former Olympic runner, mother of 4 is the head of Fitness for Herbalife Fitness. Keep reading my detailed review of a fab workout from the site!
Samantha leads this 8 min athletic interval routine in a nice gym. You wont need any equipment for this workout. Each exercise is performed for 30 seconds with 15 seconds rest between and there is an on screen timer for each exercise/ rest.
Exercises include heisman drill, plank kick throughs, hop hop squat, and dip & kick. You will perform this cardio circuit three times.
This is a solid intermediate routine. I like the functional feel of this routine and as always Samantha is a great instructor. This is a short workout but you can easily add on another great workout from the portal. When one workout ends, another in the series actually starts up shortly after making it easy to add on. The Herbalife Fitness Portal is free for everyone!
