If you are like me, you love new workouts! Herbalife is offering FREE streaming workouts to anyone! They can be accessed by all on the Herbalife Fitness Portal! Their newly launched site is geared to everyone- beginner, intermediate & advanced! These workouts are free to everyone-all fitness levels, no access code needed, just good, quick fitness workouts. Samantha does most of the workouts and she has a few other fitness professionals leading workouts in their specialties. Samantha is a former Olympic runner, mother of 4 is the head of Fitness for Herbalife Fitness. Keep reading my detailed review of a fab workout from the site!
Training with an Athlete

Sam & Ethan lead this 6 minute core routine together in a brick room. Ethan is a professional soccer player. You wont need any equipment for this workout. Each exercise is performed for 60 seconds and you get an on-screen countdown timer.
Exercises include soldier kicks, plank shoulder taps, plank cross knee pulls, bicycle, and dead bug.
This is an intermediate routine but they do provide the exercise intro in each 60 second block, so you do get some rest time. Both are great instructors & its nice to get some ab exercises that a professional athlete uses in his training. These workouts are available for free to everyone on the Herablife Fitness portal.
