Meredith works out alone in a studio with a view. You will only need a stability ball for this 25 minute pilates routine. You will use the ball for the entire routine.
After a quick warm up on the ball, exercises include crunches on the ball, seated rotations, oblique crunches, crunches with your feet on the ball, bridge with feet on the ball, ball pull ins with your hips elevated, knee drops, roll up holding the ball, seated rotation holding the ball overhead, side lying over the ball oblique crunches, side lying leg series, spine release stretch, pushups with ankles or shins on the ball, ball pull ins, and seated stretches using the ball.
This is a solid intermediate routine that is fun & effective. Meredith is an excellent lead providing great form pointers & cuing throughout. I love using the ball and I think it adds fun & effectiveness to your pilates routine. I received access to this routine for review.
