Tamilee's Design Your Fit Streaming Workouts Review: Three One Mile Walking Workout Reviews

I am SUPER excited to tell you about the all new unlimited digital access online streaming fitness platform from fitness icon Tamillee Webb. Remember Buns of Steel- of course you do, and for great reason, its an amazing workout - just like the workouts available on Design Your Fit. DYF offers you monthly access to all of Tamilee's best selling workouts, re-edited into 10, 15, and 20-minute segments. What I love most about this platform is that you design your workout- you decide how long, you decide which body part or fitness focus you want to work today. Lower, upper, abs, dance, walking, and so much more- the variety available will keep you coming back for more. 1 Mile Basic Walking Workout: Tamilee works out with 4 background exercisers in a studio for this 15 min walking workout. Exercises include marching, basic step up & back, walking up and back, wide march, V step, and walk & tap.

1 Mile Intermediate Walking Workout:  Tamilee works out with 4 background exercisers in a studio for this 15 min walking workout. Exercises include stutter step, marching, basic step, wide step, V step up & back, march & tap, side walk & punch, walk up & back, and V step. Tamilee adds more arm movements to this to up the intensity from the basic walk. 

1 Mile Advanced Walking Workout: Tamilee works out with 4 background exercisers in a studio for this 20 min walking workout. Light hand weights are optional to increase intensity. Exercises include walking up & back with delt raise, marching, arm combos while walking, V step, trot, circle walk, and a 5 min cool down & stretch.

The above is a review of three separate routines from the DYF site. I rate all of these low intermediate routines in terms of cardio intensity & choreography. These are great to string together for a longer walking workout if you have time or do alone for days you are short on time. Tammy introduces an exercise and builds on to it to make a little routine in each workout. I received access to these workouts for review purposes.
