Jeff & Stu bring you seventeen all new workouts in this all new 9 week program that is available for streaming or download! They offer monthly or annual subscriptions on their website and have an app. Follow the ripped diet with the use of their macro calculator and utilize their recipes, shopping lists and more. Stu & Jeff both workout together for this 38 min total body strength + cardio workout. You perform six exercises one minute each followed by a 15 second rest. You perform this circuit four times. You will only need dumbbells for this workout.
After a warm up, exercises include: weighted sledge hammer, weighted plyo lunge, sit up & shoulder press, bear crawl, scissor hops & front raise, and squat & double punch out. Before the cool down and stretch there is a 2 min bonus round of snatch & press.
This is an advanced workout, even with lighter weights it is nonstop cardio & strength. The guys offer plenty of modifications making the workout doable for all levels. Great total body functional strength + lots of great cardio. As always, the guys provide great cuing & instruction. I received access to these workouts for review purposes.
