10.22.09: Today's Workout and Cake No 2-Clown Cake

Today's Workout:
-Results 10 Days to a Better Body UB
-Firm Jiggle Free Arms
*total w/o time-60 min + abs

Course 1, Cake No. 2-Clown Cake:

The cake actually tasted really good this time! YAY! It was a white cake with citrus mousse filling and buttercream frosting. Everything from scratch. I did ok on the finished product here but we practiced the rose in class and I sucked so bad. I couldn't even begin to do it. grrrrrr-I HATE not being good at things. Todays Tip: Barry's Bootcamp-what to eat: Beans, Blueberries, Broccoli, Dark Chocolate, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Yogurt, Oats, Oranges, Pumpkin, Soy, Spinach, Tea, Tomatoes, Turkey, Walnuts, & Wild Salmon. (what clown cake didnt make the list????)
