Today is cake class No 2 so I have my lovely smelling cake and a bunch of tubs of frosting sitting behind my desk at work...I will be strong. I will NOT dip my finger into one of those deliciously distcusting tubs of frosting. Makes it sound even worse when I use "tub" instead of "container" or "jar", doesnt it....still smells oh-so-yummy....If it ever cools down I can leave these things in my car but this is Phx and I dont anticipate that happening any time soon.
Today's Workout:
-Jump Force
-Kelsies KettleBell ab w/o
*total w/o time 60 min + abs
Jump Force is an AWESOME workout that uses light 1-3 lb dumbbells, a step, and a jumprope. I do step intervals when she does the weight only minutes because Im using this as a cardio w/o. With those modifications, following the advanced mod, and using an 8 inch step- I got an AWESOME w/o! The time flys cuz she does everything in one minute intervals.
Today's Tip: Flax Seeds and Flax Seed Oil
These seeds and oil attract oil-soluble toxins that become lodged in the fatty tissues of the body. Once attracted, they help to escort fat-soluble toxins out. That spells fewer fat stores and a trimmer you.
