Todays Review: Crunch & Exercise TV: Dance Rhythms
Marc Santa Maria, 2010

This dvd has three cardio dance workouts on it, each introducing a different “genre.”  Marc leads in an actual Crunch gym with You won't need any equipment for these workouts. You can select a chaptered workout or play continuously from the 1st workout.

All three workouts are structured into blocks of 3 dance moves put together to create a complete dance routine by the end of the 20 minutes. Marc teaches you the dances at 1/2 time and then kicks it up to tempo when you have mastered the moves. All three feature genre appropriate music that will make you want to move.

Latin Rhythms: Hot beats and sexy Latin moves including salsa, matador, and the cha-cha. Lyrical Hip Hop: is a fun hip hop routine fused with lyrical jazz music. Global Grooves: features different dance styles from around the globe- African, Egyptian, Bollywood, Caribbean, Rain Forest, Cave man, and more!

I would rate this a high beginner in terms of cardio work and choreography. Marc's teaching style is great for learning the moves and once youve mastered them you can give the moves all youve got. A great workout for days when you just want to shake it and have fun. Marcs cuing is very good. I received this dvd to review. Read more about all three Crunch & Exercise TV workouts on Two Belles Fitness.

Today's Tip: Super Food For Weight Loss: Olive Oil
Like avocados, olive oil has healthy fat that increases satiety, taming your appetite. But that's hardly its only slimming feature. "Research shows it has anti-inflammatory properties," Kraus says. Chronic inflammation in the body is linked to metabolic syndrome. Read more on Self

  5. Thanks for responding, yeah it was available online, it didn't come with the dvds. There's a good chance it was just something that exercise tv just made it up, you know. It just bothers me. Now I have to do the work. I'll just start flipping coins are something =p
