Nutrisystem Week 11 Update: 9.9 Lbs Down

Nutrisystem Total Eleven Week Loss: 9.9 lbs
This weeks loss: .9 lbs

Uhm can I get a woot woot! I lost .8 lbs this week! And life got in the way a bit. One: Monday being a holiday I was lazy and didnt exercise- I am usually VERY consistent with my workouts so I didnt feel bad about taking the day off. Two: Wednesday night I did not sleep -like at all. I went to bed at 10:00, woke up at 12:30 and didnt fall back to sleep until 6:30. So I was so exhausted that I apparently slept right through my alarm LOL. I woke up at 8:35 (I usually leave to work at 8:30) so needless to say there was no workout that morning. I did in fact make it to work only 5 min late though so I have to say that is impressive despite waking up 5 min AFTER I usually leave.

BUT with all that said- my eating has been very good and I am super super happy about my loss this week. I really stuck to the meal plan, ate when I was supposed to eat and got in all my produce and it paid off! I'm also super excited that Ive been extended (YIPPEE) and will be on Nutrisystem 2 more months. So excited about the good news this will bring to my scale! And introducing a new dessert option from Nutrisystem that I can't get enough of:
