Review: Patricia Friberg Power 4 Pink Workout

Patricia leads this 62 min cardio-strength-pilates-balance fusion workout in a small studio. You will need a band & a small pilates ball for this workout. The dvd is chaptered and includes am 11 min bonus segment with breast cancer exercises.

Standing band exercises include: (18 min) squat & overhead reach adding a hop, band pulls & static pliet, hi knees, standing 100, side squat & oblique reach, skaters, pushups, balance stick lat pull downs, Mt climbers, tree pose & rotator cuff. Floor  toning with the ball includes: (32 min) V sit variations, crunch variations, bridge variations, ball squeezes, table top series, side lying leg work, roll ups, & low back work. 

I rate this a high beginner workout, that is also good for light days or to mix up your exercise routine. I def found this workout to be unique and would be great for a light day. I like Patricia, great form pointers, really liked the balance challenges, and the workout moves right along. I received this dvd to review.
