This workout is compiled from the original classic Firms and includes lower impact aerobics and light to mid weight 4 limb work. You will need a tall & short step and dumbbells for this workout.
Routines include: light and mid weight 4 limb floor work, light weight work on the short box, floor aerobics, tall box climbs, basic step aerobics, and includes a warmup and cooldown.
This is a low intermediate workout that is appropriate for all levels by modifying up or down and adjusting the poundage. You can easily heavy up and make this a strength workout or lighten up for a cardio day. Very versatile, easy to follow routines, that are pretty low impact. I received this dvd to review.
