I found a recipe online for an apple pie protein shake but it was only ok so I made up my own and its pretty darn good! Check it out!
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 raw apple, chopped
1 oz walnuts
1 TB ground flaxseed
1/2 container apple cinnamon greek yogurt or Silk Almond Coconut blend non-dairy milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup cold water
5 large ice cubes
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup cold water
5 large ice cubes
*blend and enjoy. I think it would be BOMB with BSN Lean Dessert Cinnamon Roll protein powder, havent tried it yet though.
