This is a 31 minutes of core & lower body focused floor routine complied from The Tortoise & The Hare routines. You will need dumbbells, a step, and optional ankle weights for this workout.
After a warump, exercises include: crunch variations, pelvic floor work, donkey kick variations, side lying outer & inner thigh work, reverse crunches, weighted bridge, oblique crunches, and concludes with a stretch.
This is an intermediate routine that can be modified up or down by varying your poundage. Tracie is, as always, an excellent instructor that provides spot on cuing, motivation, and from reminders. This is a great compilation of targeted work for the lower body & core. I received this dvd to review.
