This 48 min cardio workout is requires a Fanny Lifter (or short & tall box) and light dumbbells, and a small ball for this workout.
After a 4 limb warmup, stretch, and quick floor ab work you move right in to 4 limb floor and box work, hi & lo impact floor cardio, tall box climbs, and some light toning. Exercises include V step, plyos, double side step, rock step, repeater, calf pumps, jacks, heel digs, grape vine, jump rope, lunge dip delt combo, hover squats & overhead press w/ light weights, shuffle, and ham curls.
This is an intermediate workout that is easy to modify to suit your needs. Excellent instruction, motivating music, and tons of variety make this a fun cardio workout. I received this workout to review.
