Jodi leads this 22 min cardio + toning workout with two background exercisers. Each exerciser works at their own intensity and exercise duration – making this a truly customized workout for all levels. You don’t need any equipment but you can add weights to up the intensity.
After a warmup, you perform three rounds of eight different exercises with one minute rest between rounds. Exercises include: lunge squat & abduction, pushup variations, tri dips, squats, walking squats, reverse crunch, kick forward shuffle back, balance stick front raise, side lying oblique crunches, curtsy overhead press, superman, bicycle, deep lunges, V twists, static squats & arm circles, lunge chop, renegade rows, supine leg drops, and concludes with a stretch.
This is an intermediate routine following Jodi, add weights or follow a modifier to meet your needs. Many of the exercises are very easy to add dumbbells to, to up the strength component of this workout. Love the one minute format – really allows you to give it your all and time really flies. Athletic and easy to follow and no wasted time.
