Yoga to the Rescue for Back Pain includes everything you need to help with posture, stance, gait, walking patterns and more. This is a flowing educational routine that will help exercisers of all levels reduce pain and become more aware of their postures and habits.
Yoga to the Rescue for Neck & Shoulders includes a 30 minute active tutorial and a 30 min flowing neck & shoulder pain routine. Desiree includes proper form for many exercises and postures, neck & shoulder stretches, and strengthening routines.
Desiree does a great job of balancing the yoga routine with presenting knowledge and practical application for practicing good posture and paying attention to your body to alleviate pain and tension in the most common tension points in our bodies. Desiree is a good instructor and is obviously very knowledgeable. I enjoyed working out with her. I received this dvd to review.
