- 1/2 Cup Chobani Apple Greek Yogurt or Kroger Spice Cake yogurt
- 1 jar carrot baby food
- 1/4 cup raw whole oats
- 1 tbs walnuts
- 1 tbs flax seed
- 1 Tbs raisins
- Cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves to taste
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder (or BSN Lean Dessert Cinnamon Roll )
- 1/4 cupBreakfast Protein Shake Recipe: 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup Silk Almond Coconut Milk, and 2 TBS all natural peanut butter.
- 5 ice cubes
