Recipe: Carrot Cake Protein Shake
Ingredients 
  • 1/2 Cup Chobani Apple Greek Yogurt or Kroger Spice Cake yogurt
  • 1 jar carrot baby food
  • 1/4 cup raw whole oats
  • 1 tbs walnuts
  • 1 tbs flax seed
  • 1 Tbs raisins
  • Cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves to taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder (or BSN Lean Dessert Cinnamon Roll )
  • 1/4 cupBreakfast Protein Shake Recipe: 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup Silk Almond Coconut Milk, and 2 TBS all natural peanut butter. 
  • 5 ice cubes
Directions: Blend & enjoy
