I love picking up a good magazine and Women's Health fits that bill! It is not just any magazine -it is a great fitness magazine that includes lots of great health & fitness info without being targeted towards body builders. I find it to be a great magazine that includes a lot of info pertinent to my daily life. I love a magazine that I can relate to and Women's Health is that magazine! Women's Health Magazine is targeted toward women who want to achieve a healthy, attractive weight by eating well and exercising! Looking and feeling good means more than makeup and high heels to Women's Health Magazine - WH focuses on what you can do, right now to improve your life. WH is from Rodale - a great name in the fitness industry.
I had the pleasure of reviewing their latest issue that features none other than Britney Spears on the cover. Inside the issue it goes over her fitness routine. The cool thing I learned about Britney in this issue is that she works out without a trainer. Britney looks amazing, doesnt she? DH didnt even recognize her on the cover. The issue is jam packed with feel good articles including a ton fitness tips, healthy living tips, anti-aging advice and so much more. Each article of Women's Health gives me something new & fun to learn!

Proper form can reduce injury, amplify your results and of course keep us safe.
