Women's Health Magazine: A Health & Fitness Magazine For Women Like Us!

I love picking up a good magazine and Women's Health fits that bill! It is not just any magazine -it is  a great fitness magazine that includes lots of great health & fitness info without being targeted towards body builders. I find it to be a great magazine that includes a lot of info pertinent to my daily life. I love a magazine that I can relate to and Women's Health is that magazine! Women's Health Magazine is targeted toward women who want to achieve a healthy, attractive weight by eating well and exercising! Looking and feeling good  means more than makeup and high heels to Women's Health Magazine - WH focuses on what you can do, right now to improve your life. WH is from Rodale - a great name in the fitness industry. 

I had the pleasure of reviewing their latest issue that features none other than Britney Spears on the cover. Inside the issue it goes over her fitness routine. The cool thing I learned about Britney in this issue is that she works out without a trainer. Britney looks amazing, doesnt she? DH didnt even recognize her on the cover. The issue is jam packed with feel good articles including a ton fitness tips, healthy living tips, anti-aging advice and so much more. Each article of Women's Health gives me something new & fun to learn! 

If youre looking for a great resource for exercise tips, healthy living advice, delicious recipe ideas, and tons of awesome healthy living tips - Women's Health Magazine is for you. You wont find a ton of intimidating models, crazy exercise routines, or strange juice cleanses in WH. You will find a ton of articles you will want to save so you can refer to them later. Hang the workouts on your wall, put the recipes in your cookbook and keep coming back to WH for more great info to get yourself moving more, eating better, and living happier.

Heres an article I found on the Women's Health Magazine website that is right up my ally: 6 Exercises You're Doing Wrong—and How to Get 'Em Right. Its all about proper form while exercising. Proper form can reduce injury, amplify your results and of course keep us safe. Working out alone at home can make it hard to ensure your form is perfect so I highly recommend this article for tips you need to know. The article includes pictures and detailed info on how to properly perform 6 popular exercises. Read more on WH online.
