These 2 bonus ab workouts are included on every DVD in the set & in various premixes available on the individual discs. You will need light dumbbells for workout one.

Bonus Abs One (10 min): Exercises include weighted knee pull, cross chop twists adding a knee pull, weighted V drops, weighted sit up & chop, weighted double crunch, plank jacks, elevator plank, childs pose, and a quick stretch.

Bonus Abs Two (10 min): Exercises include diagonal V fold, sit ups with ankle grabs, bicycle leg extensions, banana hold, crunches with leg shoots, side plank hip lifts, side plank arm & leg raise, superman swimmer, and a quick stretch.

I rate workout one high intermediate and workout two advanced. LOVE that they are included on each disc and in numerous premixes. Both routines are very different from each other but both will really work your core. Great instruction, form pointers, and motivation from Cathe make these go to core workouts!  I did NOT receive this DVD to review.
