Todd works out alone in a gym set for this 38 minute 38 minute strength & cardio workout. You will need dumbbells and an optional jump rope for this routine. Todd encourages you to use your own music so I used my iPod alongside my laptop.
You will perform 30 seconds each of strength, abs, cardio, & rest. After a long warm up & stretch exercises include clean & press, crunches, jacks, push ups, plank to pike, plank hold, jump rope, and a final stretch.
This is an intermediate routine. The cardio is all athletic & easy to follow along to. Todd allows plenty of breaks and the warm up & cool down are pretty long. I like that you can use your own music, this was a nice change of pace from the norm. I received this workout to review.
