Edge Booty Extreme Volume 1:

The original Edge Booty Extreme program contains four booty shaping workouts on one DVD. The workouts range from 10-14 minutes each and all will help you achieve that Edge Booty youve been looking for. The workouts include:
  • Booty Blast - 14:30 Minutes
  • Booty + Core - 13:30 Minutes
  • Single Leg Burnout - 19:30 Minutes
  • Booty Express - 10:30 Minutes
You will only need dumbbells for these workouts and they are chaptered from the main menu. These are solid intermediate routines with the Booty Express being more challenging- it adds some great plyo cardio in with booty shaping toning.
