As you probably know I am a big fan of Carrington Farms products so when I heard about their Coconut Cooking Oils I was very excited to try them. Coconut oil has so many healthy uses, in fact use coconut oil to cook with and in beauty products. You can use coconut oil as a moisturizer on its own in place of lotions! Carrington Farms liquid Coconut cooking oil is a great alternative to traditional oils such as vegetable, olive, canola, and corn oil, with all the health benefits of coconut oil. It stays liquid even in cold weather so its convenient to use in all of your recipes.
It is perfect to use in beauty products as you dont have to melt it down first to use it and it stays liquid. I use it as a moisturizer on its own for my face and body. I do not use lotions anymore as the vast majority of lotions on the market contain so many undesirable ingredients that are not healthy for our skin & bodies. Carrington Farms Liquid Coconut Cooking oil is fragrance free so if you do not want to smell like coconuts all day-this is a great option. I love the smell of coconuts but dont want it in all of my DIY beauty products. I also use this fab oil in my hair to smooth my curls & add healthy shine. The liquid coconut oil is much more quickly absorbed than the solid so it is ideal as a moisturizer. 
This liquid coconut oil retains all the benefits of traditional coconut oil but does not have the flavor or odor of coconuts so it wont flavor your dishes at all, it is a totally neutral cooking oil. It is naturally rich in Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT) which is efficiently utilized by the body for energy production and helps aid in calorie burning and it contains 4 times more MCT’s than traditional virgin coconut oil and retains all the benefits you know and love! The liquid version has a higher heat point than traditional olive oils so it is perfect for cooking, sautéing, and baking
