Stu & Jeff both lead this 35 min routine, alternating performing exercises, and training. You will need dumbbells and a chair or bench for this workout. The routine is set up doing two 30 second chest moves (typically one dumbbell move & thena push-up variation) followed by 60 seconds cardio and 30 seconds rest. The guys offers some modification options.
Exercises include: alternating bench press, pushups, crouching burpees, bottom 1/2 chest press, plyo pushups, standing Mt. climbers, pec fly & leg drops, wide pushups, shuffle & tennis strike, underhand cross chest press, narrow pushups, ski, narrow chest press to fly, decline pushups, cardio lunges, staggered hand pushups, elevator planks, and hi knee run. You will then repeat this routine and conclude with a cooldown/ stretch.
This is an advanced routine that has my chest sore, my core feeling it and got my sweat on. Great targeted chest exercises & some of the moves hit the core as well. The cardio moves are athletic in this one - which I love! This is a tier 3 workout, faster paced than tier 2 using heavy weights! I received this workout to review.
