I am reviewing the downloadable workouts which are split up into 3 separate downloads: 1) Warm-Up 4 min 2) Bi's & Tri's 12 min 3) Chest, Shoulders & Back 19 min. Lindsey works out in her brick gym with one backgrounder who offers some modifications. You will need dumbbells, gliding discs, and a chair for these routines.
After the warm up, Bi & Tri exercises include fast alternating bi curls, tri pushbacks, preacher curls, kickbacks, isolation curls, kickback pumps, then you repeat the circuit. Chest, Shoulders & Back exercises include: renegade rows from your knees, knee pushups, W overhead push, kneeling cross pull, knee pushups with hands on gliders, W extensions, upper back fly, pec fly, hinging T, then you repeat, and conclude with childs pose. You should add your own stretches after the workout.
I rate these intermediate routines that you can modify up or down depending on your poundage. Lindsay encourages you to go at your own pace which makes it great for all fitness levels. The downloads being split up makes it great to mix and match & perfect for days you are short on time. I received this workout to review.
