Cassey works out alone for this 20 min floor pilates routine. You wont need any equipment except an optional mat. There is no warm up or cool down but I didnt find it necessary with the format, or you can add your own.
Exercises include pelvic tucks, the hundred, roll ups, knee wiper drops, long lever wiper drops, bridge lifts - pulses - & butterfly knees, a long set of arm circles with your arms bent, V drops & twists.
This is an intermediate intensity routine with a lot of instruction provided, which is great for beginners moving into more difficult routines. Cassey is very bubbly, giggly, silly and upbeat. She will remind you of getting into booty shorts & warn you of "poison ivy" on the walls to keep your form correct. The instruction is great to get some break between exercises and to keep us in our best form. I received this workout to review.
