FitFusion: Crunch Live Presents Killer X Butt Burner
Justin leads this 13 min lower body routine in a warehouse style set with 2 backgrounders, one showing modifications. Justin recommends 5-7 # dumbbells for this routine (I used 10-15#). The routine includes a built in warm up & a quick cool down.
Exercises include: deadlifts, squat 7 deadlift combo, side step squats, statick lunges, dip & knee pulls, single leg deadlifts, side lunges adding a knee pull, side lunge & dip combo, curtsy lunge series, standing rear leg raises series, and a plie series.
This is a solid intermediate routine, that can be adjusted up or down by varying your poundage. This is a quick pace and pretty nonstop, so while only 13 minutes you really do accomplish a lot. Great for days when you are short on time or to add on to other routines for a longer workout. I enjoyed Justins instructions style , great cuing and nice demeanor. I received access to this workout for review.
