Monique leads this 38 min workout in a nice studio with 2 background exercisers. Monique performs the intermediate intensity and the backgrounders each perform beginner and advanced versions. You will only need dumbbells this toning & cardio circuit routine. The workout consists of 4 rounds performed 2 X each. You will work for 30 seconds with a 10 second rest between exercises and get a 30 sec rest between rounds.

After a warm up exercises include: one leg tricep dips with knee crunch, low squat hops with rotation, weighted dead bug, fast feet & upper cuts, balance stick tri kickbacks, bridge & ribcage pullover, back kicks &  jacks, pushup & single leg raise, hi knees & buttkicks, reverse plank walk outs, travelling jabs & kicks, 3 leg dog to plank knee pull, stutter scissors, plie hold & hammer curl, table top hip circles, side plank & dumbbell raise, punches & jump rope, chair pose & lat pull down, scissor jumps & twists, 3 leg dog glute raise and a cool down. 

Done following Monique this is a high intermediate routine. You will hit every muscle group, but not work to failure so I consider this a lighter strength workout with some heart pumping cardio. Perfect for days when you are maybe a little sore still from previous workouts. Monique keeps you moving right along and does not waste any time. Like all the workouts, no fancy choreography, just fun heart pumping core targeted cardio & great multi muscle moves. I received this DVD set to review.
