Boho Beautiful in 10 Days is a 10 day program that includes 40 videos totaling 10 hours. Each day of the program, your one hour workout focuses on a specific theme which it’s class itinerary was built upon. Of course, you can mix & match from the videos to create your own routines as well. The program includes yoga, fitness, cardio, pilates, meditation, and a vegan food guide complete with a shopping list. The best part though is that all the workouts are performed on a gorgeous Exuma, Bahamas beach with breathtaking views in the background! Today includes an intro video that prepares you for your workouts, tells you about today's goals, theme, and today's Mantra. Juliana gives you a little rest today and eliminates the fitness portion, instead giving you a 40 minute detox yoga routine, in addition to the 20 minute meditation routine. You wont need any equipment for these routines. Juliana works out alone in all of these routines & all are shot on location in the beautiful Exuma, Bahamas.
Day 5 Yoga: Today's practice is a detox yoga flow and includes breath of fire & a flow interspersed throughout the routine. Postures include: lying butterfly with breath work, supine low back massage, supine leg extensions, happy baby, roll like a ball, cat cow to down dog foot pedals, plank hold & breath of fire, forward fold lunge, 3 leg dog & calf stretch, folded lunge & chest opener, a warrior 3 flow, chair adding a twist, twisted high lunge, split stance forward fold, 3 leg dogs to plank knee pulls, warrior 2 series, triangle pose, peaceful warrior, yogic squats, lizard, pigeon, locust, camel, and concludes with corpse pose.
Day 5 Meditation: Juliana is filmed on a beach in front of the water. Today's focus is to let go of negative thoughts, self-doubt, and worry about the past. Today's mantra is with this breath I can let go of anything. You should be seated and comfortable, close your eyes and focus on your breathing.
These routines are appropriate for most all fitness levels, and Juliana provides modifications for many exercises. After yesterdays cardio session, the longer yoga routine was a welcome change. Juliana keeps things moving right along and provides lots of variety. I received access to these workouts to review.
