BellyFit Embodied Goddess Honour Your Roots
Alice Bracegirdle
Alice leads this 45 min routine in a studio with 6 background exercisers, some showing modifications. You wont need any equipment for this workout. The workout starts with a meditation, then a warm up, moves into cardio, then quick floor toning, and concludes with a stretch/ seated meditation.
Exercises include hip bumps, side steps, heel digs, squat hops, dip & knee, jog & knee pull, ham curls, hip shakes, shuffle & kicks, freestyles booty shakes, breath work, bridge hold, one leg bridge, stretches, and a yoni mudra seated meditation.
This is a low to solid intermediate routine in terms of cardio and choreography. I really enjoyed this routine & found it super unique and left my feeling worked out and left in a great mood. The workout is mostly low impact but Alice & friends show low impact options for all the higher impact exercises. Alice introduces each exercise & builds them into a fun routine. This is a great workout to add to anyones workout library. I received this workout to review.
