Nate Guadagni
Nate works out in a nice living room studio with 2 backgrounders, all showing a different intensity option. This workout also contains a tutorial on choosing the right size balance bar. This routine is 60 minutes & you will only need your balance bar.
After an active warm up, you move into various standing yoga poses using the bar to assist with balance & stability. After the standing portion you move to seated stretch & relaxation portion. Exercises include standing cat cow, back mobility work, warrior poses, side bend, tree pose, massage using the bar to roll out your muscles, chest opener, crescent pose, and hip circles.
This is a beginners yoga routine that is really appropriate for all fitness levels. I enjoyed that this is not your typical vinyassa style yoga routine that I often see. It is unique & the bar adds stability to the routine. I like that you are not moving up & down- you perform the majority of the routine standing and then finish up with a seated stretch. I received access to this routine to review.
