Tamilee's Design Your Fit 10 Minute Abs
10 Minute Step 1: Tamilee works out alone in a for this 12 min toning routine. You will only need a step & light dumbbells. Exercises include pretzel sitting on the step, leg raise series lying over your step, side lying inner thigh raises and a stretch.
10 Minute Step 2: Tamilee works out alone in this 10 min cardio step & floor cardio routine. You will need a step & light weights. Exercises include basic step, V step, squat pulses, side to side shuffle, marches, step knee, step tap and step inner thigh sweep. Tamilee adds weighted arm movements to the steps.
These are high beginner to low intermediate routines. As always, Tamilee provides excellent instruction. Lots of variety between the two routines. Great for floor strength work & for cardio. I received access to these workouts for review purposes.
