Tamilee's Design Your Fit 20 Minute Lower Body
20 Minute Lower Body 1: Tamilee alternates leading this 22 min routine with 2 others. You wont need any equipment for this routine. Exercises include demi squats and abduction, demi squat & ham curls, squats adding arm movements, side lying outer & inner thigh work, and a pretzel series before a stretch.
20 Minute Lower Body 2: Tamilee alternates leading this 23 min routine with 2 others. You will need a chair for balance & optional ankle weights. Exercises include squats, single leg squats adding a ham curl, rear leg raises, ssquat holds, standing abduction & adduction, lunges, and a stretch.
These are intermediate routines. All three instructors provides excellent instruction. These are no nonsense routines that provide lots of reps & repetition that will really have you feeling the burn. I received access to these workouts for review purposes.
