-1 scoop BSN Lean Dessert Fresh Cinnamon Roll
-2ish TBS pumpkin puree (canned)
-iced espresso or iced coffee
-ice cubes
-water (or non fat milk-but water is fine for me)
-2 packets Truvia or splenda
-cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice to taste
Put all ingrediants in the magic bullet and blend it up-YUM! I think this recipe would still be good w/ vanilla protien powder if you don't have the BSN Cinnamon Roll...
Mmm.... that sounds GOOOOOOOOD!!! I may have to try that one out. One of the main reasons I gained a bazillion pounds while pregnant was thanks to Slow-Churned Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream. Yah, sure it's lower in fat... if you just eat the 1/2 cup serving. LOL! I've never tried that kind of protein powder either. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the recipe!!
The holidays are just ridiculous w/ all these delicious "limited edition" foods....I guess if I ever get pregnant I should plan it for a time OTHER than the holiday season LOL
ReplyDeleteBSN Lean Dessert is so yummmmy. They have a choco coconut candy bar and some others that are so yummy :)
I've heard awesome things about BSN! I still have a ton of Jay Robb to use up before I can switch to anything else... but I may try that one next :)
ReplyDeleteI love fall foods... Pumpkin seems to be a main stay for me in that time period! I add it to everything! Pumpkin in my oatmeal, yogurt, oatmeal pancakes... pumpkin bread, etc... :)
I think the only "classic" firm I have is the first one!
I haven't tried Jay Robbs yet, but I too have WAY too much protein powder right now. I got a smokin deal on shakeology.
ReplyDeleteoh pumpkin in oatmeal-that sounds good! I will def try that.
I LOVE the Classics! The cheese-factor is ok w/ me-I know it bothers others.
How did you get such a good deal with Shakeology? I had written it off completely due to the cost!
ReplyDeleteyeah JR can't take the classics... course, that's his maturity level...lol... honestly, it doesn't bother me :)
